Do I need a credit card to try JobMatch?
No! Our free tier requires no credit card whatsoever. Just sign up with your email and you can immediately generate your first resume and cover letter. If you want more generations, you can upgrade to a paid plan anytime.
What's included in the free tier?
The free tier includes 1 tailored resume and 1 cover letter per month, plus unlimited resume scoring. Free tier PDFs include a small watermark at the bottom. You can upgrade anytime to remove the watermark and get more generations.
How does JobMatch work?
Simply paste your current resume and the job description you are applying to. Our AI analyzes both, then generates a tailored resume and cover letter that highlights your most relevant experience and matches the job requirements. The whole process takes under 60 seconds.
What is resume scoring?
Resume scoring is a completely free feature (unlimited uses) that analyzes how well your resume matches a specific job description. You will get a score out of 100 plus detailed feedback on what is missing and how to improve.
Can I edit the generated resume and cover letter?
Yes! After generation, you can switch to edit mode to make any changes you want. Once you are happy with it, download as a professional PDF. You have full control over the final output.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro plans?
Starter ($5/month) gives you 5 resumes and 5 cover letters per month with no watermark. Pro ($10/month) gives you unlimited generations. Both paid plans include priority support and no watermark on PDFs.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
If you are on the free tier and use your 1 resume and 1 cover letter, you will be prompted to upgrade. If you are on Starter and hit 5 generations, you can upgrade to Pro or wait until the next billing cycle.
Do you offer promo codes?
Yes! Use code JOBMATCH50 at checkout for 50% off your first month of any paid plan. We also have code FRIEND100 for your first month completely free.
How do I use a promo code?
When you click Subscribe on the pricing page you will be taken to Stripe checkout. Enter the promo code and the discount will be applied automatically.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. Your resume data is only used to generate documents and is never shared with third parties.
Does JobMatch work for all industries?
Yes! Our AI works across industries including tech, healthcare, finance, marketing, sales, operations, and more.
What if the generated resume is not perfect?
You can edit anything before downloading. JobMatch gets you about 90% of the way there and you can fine tune the rest.
Will this help me get past ATS systems?
Yes. JobMatch generates ATS-friendly resumes with proper formatting, keywords, and section headers.
Can I download previous resumes?
Currently only the active resume can be downloaded. We recommend saving each resume locally. A resume history feature is coming soon.
